Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Never receive appreciation emails from my company leaders Also, there is no on-job training for freshers or experience candidates.

...m home. No one will track your working hours until you are delivering your work. Good in hand salary no hidden salary package, no variable pay.

Apart from your salary package you will not get anything. single digit salary hike for outstanding performer and less than 5% for average or below performer. You have to be very flexible sometimes and you will not get night shift allowance. Four wheel parking is only for directors and above level. Even if you have 7 years of experience you will be hired as analyst level. Learning wise there is nothing new, Bangalore office is just a back office and supporting the big projects with USA team. You will never get business knowledge about the work which you get.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
