Overall a ideal place to work. Excellent work culture, work-life balance, one of the best pay structure and rare type of care u get from company like a family. Above all 101% job security untill and unless u don't want to perform at all.

Salary on time...US leadership is good....small org...

Too much work....micro management in india.....late night work....work life balance is not good...good salary but it brings lots of scruitny. Job security as firing is very common. No growth. 3 month NP.

Nothing apart from : Pros: compensation(But do not fall for it as it comes with many demerits)

Cons: 1) Rigorous micro monitoring/micro management. 2) They will ask you to extend your shifts way beyond your working hours and will not provide any compensatory off for that matter. They will say everything is covered under on call allowance of mere INR 250 per day. 3) They will put load of entire client account on you and only u will be be accountable for everything day and night. 4) You will loose work life balance to the core that it will start affecting your health. 5) Manager is for the sake of it, he is just a puppet to the US Leadership and will not deviate a single bit on that front. 6) Manager will ask you to join forceful meetings(waste of time) and will ask you fill additional excels on the basis of which they can track your time. believe me even the other companies do not stoop to such a low level, they will ask u to fill the sheet for any meeting you attended. 7) They will not listen to you for anything , even the risk you highlight to them for client's environment. 8) If you ahead and share your problems with manager, they will not entertain it rather will tell you stories and irritate u. 9) No WFH, if you do WFH then you do not get shift allowance. Please guys believe me do not join this organization it will ruin your career and above all will destroy your personal life.

Work Life Balance and flexibility in working hours as well as Hybrid work model. Management is ready to listen to the feedback and make necessary changes, which is a big positive.

Dislikes

... hires get better job band and designation, which hurts the long term employees. Regular market correction in terms of designation and salary is needed to maintain balance and check attrition.

... it has become not so exciting after Indian leadership started running the show. They need to stop playing dirty politics before start loosing great resources Pay parity issue with favourites getting lot of packages than rest of the folks. Work pressure without any recognition. Not consistent with approach and too many frequent changes .
