They need to stop playing dirty politics before start loosing great resources Pay parity issue with favourites getting lot of packages than rest of the folks. Work pressure without any recognition. Not consistent with approach and too many frequent changes .

The culture is slowly moving into cost saving aspects when compared to last and with new India MD. Favoring by location is slowly getting visible. With the knowledge of Bangalore traffic, the office location chosen in Marathalli which is a pain.

Overall a ideal place to work. Excellent work culture, work-life balance, one of the best pay structure and rare type of care u get from company like a family. Above all 101% job security untill and unless u don't want to perform at all.

Too much work....micro management in india.....late night work....work life balance is not good...good salary but it brings lots of scruitny. Job security as firing is very common. No growth. 3 month NP.
