New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Constant interference from Holding companies Indian arm namely Ingram Micro India filled with unqualified, unexperienced & unprofessional leadership team who would just create trouble without having any real knowledge or idea about the business/activities.

Only the teammates were good. The Company promoted some union leader like characters as Managers that resulted in good resources leaving the Company early.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Growth was restricted.Company adopted policies of dictatorship.Learning was restricted.Too much politics resulted in degradation of work culture that was initially good.No work life balance. Managers were interested to know about personal lives of resources to utilize their political will power.
