Work environment toxic , stretch of 30 minutes to 1 hour asking for extra, salary deductions and never arrear will come , managers don't know how to talk , no holiday on festivals, keep bullying you so that u can quit the job.

About the organisation people and the working environment is very good, co workers, colleagues Manager and seniors are amazing.

Nothing as such but the only thing which I dis like is the salary are credited after 6th 7th and so on and incentives are released after 2 months and so everything else is fine.

Company employee ka salary nhi dete ho log move karte hai unko kabhi salary nhi dete Politics hoti hai koi bhi support nhi hai Every time deducted ur salary many more reasons Pl do not join this company

...m 10-7 but trust me they will force you to login at 9 am and then logout at 9pm. They would hardly care for you and most importantly salary... lol it gets delayed and credited after 6pm on 10th/11th/12th/13th/14th of the month. Incentives hahaha.. they release them in 3 month time which could be delayed further and no one can question you on that. It's a typical desi company and i would recommend not to go with it. You can start working for 15k in some international bpo and later on switch instead of working with Enser. I would suggest hustle hard rather than opting for Enser. I can write all day and night about them but i would still keep somethings with me and yes i hope you would have got an idea how is it working in Enser Communications Pvt Ltd. Good luck

JOB ARE FULLY SECURE AND THE SALARY COMES ON TIME. WE CAN WORK HERE WITH FULLY BOOSTED . SURROUNDING ARE WELL MANNERED.

Some times its hard too achieve are target and complete the toss time due too the IT issue servers gets high but they solved it asap. That can be a issue which can impact on work and targets.
