Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

1 job security is zero 2 one man show compony 3 I see three to four cases in 6 month directly terminated . 4 When I resigned then harrassment me and give only 5 days salary out of 23 days. 5Hr is not supportive. 6 i request to all don't join enrich agro food product

Nothing to like in company. Lala ek cup chai bhi dene ki niyat nhi rakhta. Sunday ko bhi lage raho.

Company owner ko koi matlab nahi employees se, bus bottles banti rahen. There are 3 idiots (2 VP and Plant Manager) and one super idiot (Quality Head). All are making trouble to middle level/top level employees. No welfare. Biased culture. Stupid top management. No job security. Bad attitude of top management.
