... you want to work for a while then go ahead but future oriented people be aware. You can get a better data entry verified freelancing job somewhere else with much higher pay. Cant say about culture because it doesn't exist in this company. Tgey work for their work only. Employees' satisfaction and their own life is not at all concerned. From supervisor to CEO there is no one who will listen you but you can listen better everyday from them. Especially Pharmacy background candidate must save your time and think again about your future if you are thinking about to join here as a so called medical underwriter.

They take only freshers for low salary, lot of pressure, we have to work overtime daily without any extra payment, full of politics,even for night shift they will not provide cab for you,they not even think about the employee situation always think about them, manager are thinking they are than don of the company, it's a school not a company who are want to grow your career don't go to that company. Even though the emergency situation they will not give leave or permission for us.

Team leads are unsupportive 6. Poor Management 7. No job security 8. No proper training 9. No manager for non voice process 10. Office politics 11. No fun Friday for non voice employees 12. No Indian holidays 13. Just for name they give sick leave casual leave and earned leave you can't take those leaves 14. Unwanted Memo mails 15. No briefings or updates on work 16. Lack of performance appreciation 17. High tolerance 18. Training is provided under pressure and this will led to less confidence 19. Non voice environment is not safe for women 20. Team leaders display Eggo and arrogance

No skills development Worst TL Worst Admin Team Worst IT team Worst Payroll team The Final Settlement will be very less that they never wanted to give you the full amount... I just wasted 3 years there. My friends in there also wanted to quit, but they are afraid to be unemployed. I just escaped with a brave heart.💯
