Company was soooooooo good. They offer more salary than we expect.

But some of the teams are bad especially my team UHC coimbatore, the team is not running for all the team members, the PL's best person will be there, they will provide all benefits to them only

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike. Food's are given to the night shift employees.

They take only freshers for low salary, lot of pressure, we have to work overtime daily without any extra payment, full of politics,even for night shift they will not provide cab for you,they not even think about the employee situation always think about them, manager are thinking they are than don of the company, it's a school not a company who are want to grow your career don't go to that company. Even though the emergency situation they will not give leave or permission for us.
