They take only freshers for low salary, lot of pressure, we have to work overtime daily without any extra payment, full of politics,even for night shift they will not provide cab for you,they not even think about the employee situation always think about them, manager are thinking they are than don of the company, it's a school not a company who are want to grow your career don't go to that company. Even though the emergency situation they will not give leave or permission for us.

No skills development Worst TL Worst Admin Team Worst IT team Worst Payroll team The Final Settlement will be very less that they never wanted to give you the full amount... I just wasted 3 years there. My friends in there also wanted to quit, but they are afraid to be unemployed. I just escaped with a brave heart.💯

Joined as a fresher with lots of expectations, I was assigned in a deployment work where my only work is to move codes between the environments. I requested my manager to change my team but nothing happened. If you are joining in the QAD only project you will be assigned is deployment. The maximum appraisal will be 36k once in two years. Where you need to support in a rotational shifts. You will not be allowed to take leave. It is mandatory to work on the festival time. It has the worst HR team.
