Lack of performance appreciation 17. High tolerance 18. Training is provided under pressure and this will led to less confidence 19. Non voice environment is not safe for women 20. Team leaders display Eggo and arrogance

I just wasted 3 years there. My friends in there also wanted to quit, but they are afraid to be unemployed. I just escaped with a brave heart.💯

They take only freshers for low salary, lot of pressure, we have to work overtime daily without any extra payment, full of politics,even for night shift they will not provide cab for you,they not even think about the employee situation always think about them, manager are thinking they are than don of the company, it's a school not a company who are want to grow your career don't go to that company. Even though the emergency situation they will not give leave or permission for us.
