There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues vary low salary.on the job training is not given to new joineers

Mess service are good not for all side I have worked in jharsugara orissa smc power plant sachin safety officer is like a manager not going to any side for inspection he think himself as a manager but manager is a silly person he doesn't listen to worker their is lot of politics

Jharsugara orissa smc power plant clint side is also very poor clint side they always select the person by his religion and enmass take the worker by party political the mechanical staff doesn't even know how to worker lot of politics done by sachin

Nice organisation I enjoyed to work with our O &M ...but we are slightly uncomfortable with our salaries & appraisals...and we are upset with that our insurance scheme policy...remaing things are good... transportation..food & accomodation...work freedom...
