They haven't follow any proper salary policy.The salary will be credited once that manager have to see you in the office on salary day ( its depends upon manager mood ) and working time unlimited.we have to work even sunday also.we treated like a construction labor.They don't have any properly experiened senior person for to guide junior engineers.Project details will not be shared properly it would maintained like USA atombomp launching code ( Mystery ). There's no personal development plan and project development plan.we have to built everything at midnight in the office.
