Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

1. Salary not on time , 2-3 month delay payment . Many staff fr other site they already has 6-8 month salary pending . 2. Work time very strict , 8 am to 10 pm daily . If you have concrete program then 24 hours. 3. PF / ESI Not Received many staff from atleast 1 year .

Job security is very poor. Culture is poor. Policy is there but implantation is nil. No meeting one man show.

Dislikes

One man show no involvement of site incharge in safety. at site. Consultancy attached is very bad for payments. Behavior of gm level is very bad with line management.tons of dom.dgm.
