Being a part of Enkay is out of the box for me. To work as a leader out there comes with so many challenges in front of me which gives me courage to build myself more effectively.

Well, if there's a pros, there'd be a cons too. So is it. Enkay always treat their employees like family members which sometimes stand with a emotion which could be drawback for Enkay. Although, I take it as positive aspect of Enkay as it gives us the energy to work more efficiently.

Enkay Exports is a very known company in accessories industry. We've been working with Inditex and Tempe and such groups that every next person is known a out Enkay Exports.

Dislikes

Sometimes,we need to work beyond our timings to meet our work get done within the delivery time as per the buyer's requirement. Perhaps, it's a good factor which I feel.

It's been amazing working here as the atmosphere itself is so humorous and familiar so everyone like to put efforts in their work as well . Pleasure working in such a great company where I personally learnt a lot and achieve great success

Some hr policies are not so effecient for their employees that we always want them to change the hr executive system
