Management- Founders have issues among themselves and it comes out quite evidently, sometimes even in front of the employees. Product - Have no GTM, no clear blueprint of the plan ahead, not ready for the ever changing policies from RBI so as a Fintech firm its bound to fail

No increments, toxic CEO, he garbs random people and yells at them. Very tight deadlines and no clarity from product managers. Bad policies. Not employee centric.

Lack of communication. No training and no support regarding your job profile. Very unorganised way of working. Very poor tech solutions. Instead of working together to resolve issues; everyone passon the responsibility to other departments.
