It is a product based Company. Since it is a startup with less than 100 people working there, you will get lot of opportunities if you are interested in gaining knowledge. ... pay which is offered to the employees are also well below the market standards. The salary comes on time. That is the only positive. Apart from that, the settlement and other things, which the company has to provide for exiting employees are not provided even after 2 years of the exit date. The office operates in an independent building (which was a play school before). The parking space is very cramped. You cannot park more than 10 bikes in that space. Employees are forced to work on outdated laptops for years, until i recently heard that they are upgrading the machines. Internet speed in the office is pathetic. You cannot complete a meeting without multiple reconnections. My 4G is faster compared to the office Wifi. The senior management agrees to unrealistic timeline from Clients and forces the employees to close the target by working almost 10-14 hours. Even on national holidays and Saturdays. I have notices this among multiple projects. HR team is almost non existent. There are no Fun and recreational activities planned for the employees. Hike is of no good. At most the employees get 6-14 %

You will get a knowledge on end to end process till the customer handling. If work here for 2 years then you can work any where easily.

Dislikes

Politics, late night work, Tamilian favariousm. If you are a Tamilian you feel like it's your home. No firing for Tamilian if you are litterrly poor at any thing also.
