Poor and uneducated senior management They keep passport with themselves unethically and it's almost impossible to leave immediately even in case or urgency. Slow career growth Low diversity and inclusion

It is one of the biggest FMCG distribution companies in Oman. They are in to this business for more than 5 decades.

Dislikes

There are few setbacks which the company needs to work with. One is merchandising which is the foremost thing in FMCG business and that needs to get higher attention.

New CEO has took incharge enhance has come down , there is a lot of politics in the management, right now also they have not removed Philippines staff, only for indian staff they have removed, I am not telling to remove, any way they r all safe good due to partiality, when they gave a notice period manager told there is for every one, even for him & still he is there in enhance, there is a lot of partiality inside enhance, if manager has his own country staff he will keep, few of our omani staff are really good of supporting in everything. Any how really it was nice to work with enhance,

Company is good and also i get to learn many things like store operations, cordinate with vendors, system operating, dealing with food inspector & last but not least salary get on time.

Dislikes

We don't get break hours and also nationalist colleague doesn't coperate with expart staff. Management is not proper, Doesn't provide accommodation.
