It is an amazing company with excellent work life balance, my manager is also so nice and helpful. Never got an single problem. Very nice company. And I am having so much experiences in this company.

Salary is little bit less but its okk. Because its a good company.

...ey say that the company is undergoing loss so they have to reduce the manpower..and on the next day they start hiring new people who are willing to work in less salary! False statements are made by the seniors here..no one is helpful here.. And there is no growth of an employee here..you only tend to remain at junior executive video editor level only.. Their company only play with people's career... Did not recommend this company at all!

...rofessional but here is no any job security. This company is all about politics. Sallary package is good but after some month get fired. Work invironment is not good here is only pressure. Actully compnay is not professtional it is a factory emplyees are like labour.

Treating as a labour, no job security, looks like profeesionol yet this is not, clint who are upar in possition they can disbehave but if employee doo that they can not accept...they are like peons.

During the years that i worked with Enhance UAE, I worked as a part of a small team that was in-charge of a new department. This provided me with an opportunity to learn end-to-end functioning of the department, most times having had to handle multiple roles at the same time. My experience at Enhance was friendly, supportive & encouraging with respect to learning curve, skill developments, exploring new opportunities & avenues to improve our brand equity. The work culture however was more similar to other Indian management companies in the Middle East, although it was slightly better in our team owing to a completely nuclear management. Same with respect to work life balance & compensation. If you are a fresher & looking to start off your career this is not a bad place to start. You'll have lots of hands on experience.

Salary & benefits - Not up to the market standards or the qualifications expected from you. Work life balance - not exactly the healthiest; always on call.
