...thorities ASAP if you have a rapport with them or only if you are hired by them. - The Salary will be credited on the timely basis as expected (mostly). - Most of the managers are not really particular about the Check-in time for the day in the morning.(I'm not talking about the Check-out time in particular.) - There will be a Birthday Cake cutting for once a month for all the employees of the month at its end. - The employees are subjected to use 18 leaves per year. But, an employee is subjected to use only 2 leaves per month. If not done as suggested it would be a LOP. - Sometimes, you are provided with WFH only if you have rapport with managers and the higher officials in the organization.

This column couldn't be enough to provide all of the details. 🥲 - No proper organization Structure. - Almost all benefits will not be provided as promised. - The organization will act accordingly as they please. - Also, the Job security is always a question mark to the employees. - There won't be any guidance/training provided by the organization. - And won't help in any kind of skill enhancing programmes, etc. - There is no appreciation for the employees efforts, sacrifices and time spent on the organization and projects assigned to them in anyway. - There is 'Sandwich' leave policy, if any employee is subjected to take leaves along with any declared holiday will be considered as complete set of consecutive leaves. This would lead to LOP. -

as per discussion while joining, they said that bonus will be given in the month of April so they have decreased that amount in my CTC. They relieved me on Mar 29th, may be they acted smart to wipe off our bonus.
