Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

1. The colleagues/people working there are really supportive. 2. Time flexibility is allowed. 3. There is a lot to learn. 4. Although there's lot to learn, the growth is gradual, hence the organisation is only suitable for people who are planning to work there for a long time.

Slave environment , any time owner will for you . Hitler culture. Plant head will come with drunken. Do not go seat ideal in home, but dnt join this company. No basic safety rule followed, no single dustbin will find in entire plant,worst environment.
