...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is no politics and the management address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Best in class salary as compared to any other PSU to regular employee as well as for outsourced. It is certified with great place to work.

Dislikes

Bridge between regular employee and outsourced employee. Even company makes difference between Regular/Outsourced/Apprentices. Especially in HR, arrogant people are there. Other departments HOD's are calm and compose. Huge thumbs down for HR dept employees

Work life Balance, Highly intelligent seniors who are always willing to teach you.

Dislikes

Salary Structure is not good For designers. Promotion is not based on skill but based on seniority. Some colleagues are not willing to work and will try to put everything on your shoulder.

Skill development and learning scope is more here and helpful approach from seniors. Also flexible work timing.

Dislikes

No such benefits like sufficient leaves and providing accomodation and food apart from salary. No such good hike.

I m contracts basis employee..so I don’t get benefits like salary,leaves,job security..so Iwant only job security other wise if you are a permanent employee so that’s company is too good
