Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

It is unfortunate to note that the company in question has not been good in terms of its impact on the environment. The owner of the company is also not good in terms of professionalism, making it difficult for employees to work in a conducive environment. Furthermore, there seems to be no opportunity for learning and career growth within the company. Even if one decides to leave the company, they are likely to receive lectures from the owner, who will not approve of their decision. This is a concerning situation that needs to be addressed for the well-being of both the employees and the environment.
