Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No start and end time of daily work

Dislikes

Salaries not cleared on time. Even after leaving the job company didn't cleared my salaried, expenses and EPF. Worst experience ever. In a small span of one year around 10 people lost their job from this company. Most of them have due payments that company didn't cleared yet. In short don't join this company if you don't have another option.
