Almost handled a team of 40 people for more then 15 months but have not been given any lead position on paper and was getting paid very less as compared to my work, infact some of the people who were working under my supervision were earning more then 50% then me, that was quite disappointing 😓.

Working from past 11 months. Overall it was a great experience, the work culture is quite chill and the employees, managers all are very supportive and very professional related to their work. I had got to learn a lot of new things, which i was not aware of. So for me it was a quite good opportunity especially during the time pandemic, this was a great opportunity for me. They have provided us system also for work from home. I like working here.

... terms and policies for contractual employees their must be some leave benefits. Because it gets difficult to digest the deduction from the salary because of one extra leave. So regarding the leave they must get some new policies for contractual employees. Other than that all is good.

They are good at conquest employees with their amorous monotonous variation of BOW. Good at marketing.

...-advancement, don't really care about folks (egoist). Toxic Hr and Management. As per the work too less salary Isolated work projects.

What I like about Enfuse is work culture and managements are insanely understanding and co-operative and most important part managements are very very very less biased and playing politics are very less. If you find anything wrong and you are not getting remuneration as per your performance you can speak with your managers and if not resolved you can talk to directors and the directors are insanely generous specially Imran Ansari.

Dislikes

I didn't found anything where I can say dislike. If you want to work with freedom or relaxation means you don't want to be in get into the office politics biasness then it's the best company.
