Site work culture is great, has clarity of work, no such office inturruption. Just do hour duty responsibly, meet target date, thats all.

Bad leave policy 👎 No such leave even for site employee who do work on almost every weekend, no comp off. A little micromanagement (completely depends upon reporting manager).

Due to Sleeping Employees and Worst MD, you can get learning for some time but you have to work like a donkey and work for all departments. All departments are lazy.

Dislikes

Worst Management especially Indian Company MD and VP's. Careless HOD's and Politics & Laziness in everything. Sleeping employees.
