...d very worst Accomodation staff same like a worker Transportation not on time Salary forget about it Leave sattlement never getting Final sattlement not provided If you left whatever your balance salary and sattlement forget about it. Management behaviour with staff like staff are baggers. Management not provided proper material,manpower and work related facilities. HR is honour of the company and very worst behaviour with staff.

There is nothing ti be liked. Salary delayed by 5 months. HR manager Ms Deepti and her colleagues have robber the money from employees. Every month he manager and her dogs take salary properly and rest employees doesnt even give. Very bad company and management. Now the HR manager and dogs have unofficially joined another company to get rid of the employees who ask for their own earned salary.

Dislikes

Everythng is a dislike here. Every employee is frustrated and depressed. Some have even thought kd attempting suicide. Ms. Deepti and her dogs such a shame on u.

Likes

Energy Techinical Services is very good company for fresher's and people who visit gulf for the first time... Staff here is very friendly and accommodation is very comfortable. Food is mostly good expect for some rare days.

Dislikes

Salary is very basic , Growth can never be expected n work pressure is very high. Always a minimum 14-16 hours of work is expected. Management or precisely staff is of no help. No value of Techinical person Always office people are respected more whose technical knowledge is zero.

I have good experience in this company, they projects has oil and gas field mostly involved in QATAR PETROLEUM projects. They are involved in several projects like Crude oil tank rehabilitation, plat shutdown projects, constructions, installations etc.

Dislikes

I get good opportunities and salary from other company, so i relive that company.

The work life balance pretty good.

Dislikes

It's completely managed mallus obviously they formed a team and humiliated other team members.No technically qualified electrical manager civil projrcts.They involved money scandals and ended up in qatar jail.There was women (HR) completely ruined the company.Last but not least OD too.
