Likes

We can learn to be more responsible. Able to learn more things while working. Easy to get offshore opportunities.

Dislikes

Salary is not upto the work extracted. Poor work life balance. Not a proper company with proper department for everything. Company is run by a very minimal management team. No space for personal upgradation or growth. There was no enough facilities at accomodation. Getting leave / vacation is a tough task.

This company' s work calture, job security, salary, travel, work environment, safety etc. are very good. Working training human behaviour all of this very good. So I like this company.

Dislikes

I don't like this company and my work. I grouth my job carrier, experience,grouth my knowlege, job responsibility . So, I change this company.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
