The company has no rules or proper policies, it's just a useless and worst company - Lala Company. 5. They'll make big promises before joining, but after joining they won't provide any support or help. 6. I worked in the company for only 3 months, and in front of me, on Parimal's instructions, the company fired 10 people and didn't even pay them their salary. 7. One of the worst things about the company is that it runs according to the whims of Parimal Mistry, a dishonest and ill-mannered person. He is playing with people's careers in Gujarat. The company should think about this.

According to me, everyone is very supportive to others team members and helping to each one for the completing any task at any cost.

One one thing is unmatched from others reputed companies such as salary will be credited till 10 th.

The speed of growth of our boss Nayan sir and team... is very encouraging. Nayan Sir made Clear brand its own. He is Ideal person for us.

Dislikes

Clear has made its brand its own. So they should not copy other brands (Bisleri / Belly) in sales. Which can be seen in the Maharashtra sales team today. This will threaten the existence of CLEAR. This is my personal opinion.

The HR management in this company is very bad, it never picks up the call when HR is called for any work, neither is there anyone to listen to, nor does it give you any of your information here. Here your TA, DA is absolutely negligible, whatever work you do, you will be taken so much that after the end of your duty, you will have to get petrol from your poker, even after that the company does not support you, HR management is completely opposite to you.
