... Mr. Maherdra Aggarwal always abuse to all staff menber, Very Irritating person. During Interview they will hire you on good salary and then after one week they will deduct your salary. During lockdown he hasnt paid to anyone.

Hr. Manager Preeti Taneja. (even she don't know to prepare salary slips). They are saying rules but not in favor of any employees. Owner Always abuse to staff. Rude person. Salary never on time. watching staff via camera.

Energie Fitness it was very really poor experience.No Job security benefits for the employee,No good work culture,fool senior who have no experience.

Energie Fitness cannot provide any appointment letter or any salary slip.Every employee should work on 10 hr no break time. Energie Fitness don't have any work culture.They watch every time on CCTV and speaker kept in front desk.hire and fire policy there.

Understanding staff is the only good thing about the company.

It has very less things to liked about but have plenty of things that I don't. Poor job security, stringent laws, toxic work culture environment, minimal growth and appraisal. Won't recommend to work under them as they do not treat employees as family members. They treat employees as labours which can be dominated.
