...ary. They'll underpay you like crazy, leaving you barely scraping by each month. They do not pay salary on time neither do they provide reimbursements for months. It all lie and facade. Counseling sessions are taken by anyone from their stumbling staff. Promises, Promises: They'll dangle reimbursements in front of you like a carrot on a stick, but getting them is another story entirely. Good luck ever seeing that money. Empty words, zero respect. Management doesn't care about their employees. They'll treat you like a number, not a human being. This is not a company, it's a scheme! They have also been scamming parents Sadaf merchant and Ambereen pradhan only luring parents for money but they have no structured work books. Their paper modules don't work well but they have good manipulation skills when you try to confront them. Don't waste your time and effort. There are plenty of places out there that will value you and treat you fairly. Avoid Energia SOI at all costs! They have unskilled psychologist just to give people surety about their workbooks and schemes When I asked or pointed questions about salary and reimbursement policies, they make faux stories about how they don't provide hard copy of experience letters or offer letter. Get everything in writing. If you try to queation them, they make stories of how as an employee you were only incompetent hence they dont provide you with salary or reimbursement Don't be afraid to walk away if the answers seem sketchy. Someone out there needs to hear this!

They pay on time even if they're not making any money. Don't ask how, I don't know either.

Their business model sucks - nobody knows who the client is. Very old-school culture - top management is everything, can't say a word against them. This means that they are not millennial/Gen-Z friendly work culture. They are not open to improvements/suggestions. Do not like giving autonomy to make decisions that will make them money. Are not flexible on time-in and -out. Although they have access to a great product - the SOI workbooks, their training material is poor. Imagine selling a product for children, but the office hours is only when children are in school. Who will buy? For a lot of reasons that you will learn if you take the job (which I hope that you don't), they are a toxic company. Stay away unless you are in dire need of money.

Energia's Treatment of employees is highly unsatisfactory. There ais alack of proper training and instructions, leaving employees without the necessary support to grow, management neglects to address the real issue within the company and fails to provide guidance or solution to problem, especially concerning the actual work you will be taken granted for and expected more. furthermore there is a pattern of false promises to parents without fulfilling them, with no reimbursements for the employees who are expected to continue working under these condition. expectation from the employees are consistently raised, yet management fails to meet even the most basic commitment from their side, there is a blatant disregard for employees value, with the primary focus being solely on financials gain, job roles are often undefined and inadequately fulfilled, with psychologist being particularly mistreated by being forced to take on sales responsibilities without proper compensation.
