Likes

Enerflex management does not care about anything except profit. There is no culture, career growth potential, or incentive.

Dislikes

Enerflex is many silos, nobody is willing to share ideas or knowledge for fear of losing position. I have worked for Enerflex, for over 15 years in both North America and MENA. Two completely different atmospheres. Mena is un professional, un motivated, unwilling to go the extra mile. The motto should be "good enough"! as this seems to be the level they are happy to achieve.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
