Work Life Balance. Shift timings are good. Salary packages were also good. Hybrid work model.

No job security. You feel bored after a certain period of time doing the same work which is not going to help you in your future.

Pathetic organisation, especially the operations department. The most cheotic process and unprofessional staff. Nothing is streamlined. No scope for improvement. The oldies won't transfer the knowledge. Leadership team and HR has Nothing to do with people management. Please please please don't join this organisation for operations department.

I like the hybrid work culture.

Dislikes

The training Manager is very rude and of bossy nature. Being tenured in a company you should not be egoistic & try to be boss all the time. Many employees have complained regarding this still management has not taken any action. Training is the base stage for any job and your first impression is very bad. Due to this reason, the company is not growing as fast as it could be and potential candidates are leaving the job. The training team should be replaced immediately.

I like few things as B2W area, and you can have opportunity to talk with direct to user or client.

Work culture is very bad, as they expect from us to work for 12 hrs, they do mentally torture without any reason. Professional life is not at all present. No team coordination. Lead have trust issue with their employees.
