I liked work culture in India Pune Office. ENEA provide till now the best work-life balance example in my 12 Year of experience. We have better opportunity to learn new things which help individual/company to grow. A clarity of roles and responsibility to each individual defined properly. We have hybrid policy but everyone like to come office on daily basis, Its not forced its depend on individual choice. I liked to work from office. We have strong management team which managing all the technical issue smoothly.
