Additionally, there's a lack of consideration for domain expertise, proper mentorship, and guidance, along with unclear hierarchy and scope of work. Behavioral issues among employees remain unaddressed, and the promotion process lacks transparency. The current policies and processes lead to delays in task completion, and continuous feedback from employees is often neglected.

R&D Policy, Working environment, Senior positions are filled with people without the technical knowhow in general as well as about the system, resulting in multiple bad decisions. Their policies for operations are good for a production facility, however for an organization which is in the R&D phase cannot work on the policies given at the moment.

A lot of politics, no career growth, no development of product, bad behaviour of CEO and Colleagues, no rules and regulations, no job security, no compensation and benefits.
