The current policies and processes lead to delays in task completion, and continuous feedback from employees is often neglected.

R&D Policy, Working environment, Senior positions are filled with people without the technical knowhow in general as well as about the system, resulting in multiple bad decisions. Their policies for operations are good for a production facility, however for an organization which is in the R&D phase cannot work on the policies given at the moment.
