Nothing much to talk about likes. Maybe some lies can be written as likes but afraid to fool someone whoes reading this before joining. Don't join unless you are jobless. That too you can try to get job for 1/2 months if not found you can join as optional.

...m work entry punch to out punch everything. Every step, every moment is dislike. Can't give zero stars to Work life balance, salary, promotion, Because it doesn't exist. Can't give negative stars to work satisfaction & company culture... .. better Ambition Box need to modify their question pattern.. beside choosing stars give option to mention percentage. For this company 1 star = -100% to 0%.

Company growth is better appriciate to employee . Company atmosphere better

Uprizer good but salary hike small. Other company employee joining on high salary but existing employees salary not hike comparative to other.

Supporting work staff. Salary to be on time. Company culture good. Work environment good.

Some place parciliaty looking. Salary growth very slow. Salary reward not getting according to your performance knowledge.

There is only one good thing in the organisation that they have great values that sticks on the wall but wouldn't be found in Top Management.

Dislikes

...ed at top management level despite of the ratings given by employees' manager. The pay hike in appraisal despite of the fact that the company earns it's maximum profit in the previous quarter is very very less and the other benefits are being cut without any prior notice. Overall a very dissatisfied experience with the organisation and not only me for almost every other employee. The iteration rate is also very high.

1. Overburdened employees 2. Tasks are given such that it will never get completed in a shift 3. Have to work for 12 hours so many times without getting paid for over time 4. Lot of times you have to work on Sunday Note : - This is only about B20 plant in chakan, don't about the rest of the plants
