Teammates are supportive and good thing company is taking good care about covid19 preservations. Company canteen is good providing healthy food and cab facility is good .

Dislikes

Salary as well as career growth for fresh engineering graduates are not upto mark ... providing less salary big problem . Company work culture is also is also not good I can say . They are not giving proper work for BE graduate .The most bad thing I noticed they take too much work from employees and not giving proper salary .

Nothing much to talk about likes. Maybe some lies can be written as likes but afraid to fool someone whoes reading this before joining. Don't join unless you are jobless. That too you can try to get job for 1/2 months if not found you can join as optional.

Dislikes

...m work entry punch to out punch everything. Every step, every moment is dislike. Can't give zero stars to Work life balance, salary, promotion, Because it doesn't exist. Can't give negative stars to work satisfaction & company culture... .. better Ambition Box need to modify their question pattern.. beside choosing stars give option to mention percentage. For this company 1 star = -100% to 0%.

This company's is Automobile company.....Its company 95% work for Bajaj company......No quality maintain only focus on quantity. No handwash available for any washroom which are related worker and very bad cleaning but available for staff washroom. No focus on saftey and 5S implementation(specially GDC department) if any person come for visit from outside....then focus on saftey and 5S for some hours. HR not responding in case of casual worker going HR office for any complaints

Work culture is like a spectrum. Nothin to learn here , Auto component manufacturing companies r outdated with no growth to employees N less salary hike too
