Nothing much to talk about likes. Maybe some lies can be written as likes but afraid to fool someone whoes reading this before joining. Don't join unless you are jobless. That too you can try to get job for 1/2 months if not found you can join as optional.

...m work entry punch to out punch everything. Every step, every moment is dislike. Can't give zero stars to Work life balance, salary, promotion, Because it doesn't exist. Can't give negative stars to work satisfaction & company culture... .. better Ambition Box need to modify their question pattern.. beside choosing stars give option to mention percentage. For this company 1 star = -100% to 0%.

Culture is getting degraded. Peoples are leaving organization due to culture. Low job security. Less salary and increment.

Low salary, low increment even after achieving targets. No clarity in work. Politics

The salary was credited timely.

Dislikes

Work life balance is almost 0 working almost 12hrs or 2shifts everyday with no compensation. Too much of office politics. Almost every manager and HODs are rude and behaves unprofessionally . No trainings for career growth are provided and the canteen food is just the worst.

The campany is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I have the fact that I'm a part of a team that markets realisable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.
