...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

great team family type culture, great bonding between each employees. Recognition at very high level if you work hard, Very transparent system to interact with all stakeholder to make Sales process a success, Company also gave great team outing with family, Highly secured for employee while travelling (very good policy). no tension of reimbursement of travel ever,there is no boss culture the reporting person is most helpful and care to employee a lot.

To much micromonitoring Global Tendering managers thinks as if they are godfather. Head has no business sense. He's definitely confused if he is in sales organization or engineering organization. Managers thinks as if the working people are maids. Instead of discussing the mistakes individually they carry meeting in every morning, shaming the person who has missed out the dates for submission. They set the targets which can not be achieved by themselves.

1. Management driven company, HR is help less. 2. No job security, they can terminate you on no basis without reason. 3. There is a team called GTT sitting in mumbai is horrible, fortunately i was not part of it but they are not humans, dont fall into trap of big name of E+H.

This review is for Global Tendering Team in Endress Hauser. And not for entire company One thing i liked that everyone is depressed. It was nice to know that I am not the only one.

For Global Tendering Team at Endress Hauser not for entire company 1. micro management 2. 1 to 1.5 hour Stand up meeting everyday 3. Lack of communication between team leads 4. Lack of trust between employees 5. Favouritism 6. Min HR support for Global Tendering Team because... (big topic) 7. Too much workload because you spend 7 to 8 hours a week in meeting which means you have to work on Saturdays to make up for lost time. 8. No support for skill development 9. Profile doesn't changes much even after promotion. Everyone from trainee to manager has 90% same profile.
