Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

at endmorsteel millers cooperation with workers is good but with seniors its very poor,you work in a company for 3 years without salary appraisal even if you work at your level best

Dislikes

work pressure is very high and seniour managers dont value even your health,sometimes you get appreciation from clients but at work you are not noticed and even no salary apparaisal and have worked here for 3 years
