Everything. Terrible rate of pay, terrible communication, lack of payment and you’re treated like a slave driver expected to turn over high volumes of work for next to nothing pay that you never receive. Sarath is the most unprofessional person I have ever ever dealt with and couldn’t run an eating competition for a weight watchers club let alone a “business” such as Encreators. AVOID AVOID AVOID

...are still opportunities for students to work, earn, plus learn new things daily. The salary is fair and decent.

There is a time limit for each work that's assigned, which is fair, but it sometimes gets too hectic to finish the work on time.

Very flexible work hours. Very helpful seniors. Good opportunity for people who are still upskilling

Dislikes

Nothing as such. Maybe the communication could be improved a bit. Managers are often overwhelmed with work so help of required might get delayed. But this doesn't affect productivity as such
