This is the best experience of mine as a employee where i used to hear about salary deduction and layoff my company encore is proving full support not deducting single rupees but giving extra money of electricity/Wifi bills. They also providing funds for table and chair. I like to thanks God for giving me chance to be in a company where company not only looking for profit and cost cutting but also looking for trust earning.

Nothing and I don't thing even any single employee can dislike this company.

The company is open to adopting new technologies. Also some more features include job security

Dislikes

Compensation is fine, but growth depends on how good you are with politics. Favourism is another issue. No Travel.

Likes

It gives you immense opportunities to switch your career to a different field with internal IJPs. However, criteria to apply for an IJP is not so good. It'll take you atleast 2 years of wait to become eligible to apply for an IJP once you take any promotion internally.

Dislikes

Salary compensation is not anywhere near to the competitive market for a technical profile. That's the worst part about it. Rest everything about the company is either average or above average.

...ithout pay and then pressured me to either resign or return to the calling role. This situation left me in a financial predicament, but I refused to compromise my health for a meager salary of 28k bucks. It's disheartening when a company values its employees' well-being so little. My message to my manager is simple: Please stop prioritizing your personal agenda over the well-being of employees. When an employee provides genuine documentation related to their health issues, especially in a captive unit, it should be a clear signal to prioritize their health and well-being by shifting them to a more suitable role, such as the backend team. It's essential to consider the needs of employees and act in their best interests.

Incentives, overall salary is very high if you are even performing above average then most company in NCR can't match

Dislikes

Work pressure is increasing every passing day that's reason most of the tenured employees are leaving the company or company want them to go.
