Incentives, overall salary is very high if you are even performing above average then most company in NCR can't match

Work pressure is increasing every passing day that's reason most of the tenured employees are leaving the company or company want them to go.

...s and whole team is very supportive and help everytime if any difficulty arises. The salary is one of the best and a person can earn good salary of he or she works well.

Not as such. Just that for collections there is no morning shift which is obvious as it is American shift process.

Everything is at its place. One feels connected. There is a sense of oneness with the company. There has never been a thought in my span with Encore that I wake up and think ‘Ohh ! I need to go to work’.

Dislikes

Salary is one aspect I feel it can definitely be looked into. Market competitiveness is driving the sales force. Salary correction should happen every year irrespective of the grid. Some times I felt I was working with the govt where in we waited for the bill to be passed in parliament for the increase in salary.

Free meal, Fairness is the main thing . No Politics, feel connected, benifits, incentive, work environment

Basic salary is less for new joinings but I understand they want us to do collection and then get incentives

Amazing experience. If i get a chance i would love yo work with encore again. I miss those days in encore. Those golden old days.

When k was working it was third party pay roll but ryt now third party has been ramp down. So now evry process is under encore itself.
