Top management is shit, purchase (SCM) head Mohd Shahnawaz is idiot and uneducated person.

... Only whatsapp and email game is played to point out other employees. And yeah.. they also deduct the salary for tee and rather than providing the mobile bill they deduct 250rs/month from your salary

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... also not good, there is no job security, Appraisal is provided by taking face. No appraisal given to many employee, Workload, Salary structure is not good lot of deduction is there and no benefit of deduction. KRA bonus not given by company, there deduct as per rating by sanchalan but rating getting manipulated face to face. Corporate HR is not helping us in any query related to salary, structure and KRA.
