No HR No benefits No growth No work life balance No matter how old you are as an employee, new staff will be appreciated more Micromanagement by owner directly himself No proper policies on anything, random new rules are generated by owner anytime to cut pays and penalties. Managers are trash, playing proper office politics

The academic department is headed by Vice principal and all teachers report to them. Branch coordinator and reception manage the admin work. Regular training is there. Paid leaves and casual leaves are given. Come work and go home. No need to prepare syllabus etc. All material is given.

Nothing to dislike. Had a great experience will work again if chance given.

The content is given in advance and as an educator I don’t have to waste time on preparing material or slides or lesson plan. Paid leaves and health insurance were provided.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. I like the concept of come teach and go. No admin work only academic role.
