It is worst company please everyone aware about the company, it is not for architect company only drafting person , no job security. Also no one experience about architecture field so don't waste your time.

I never ever work like this type office . No leave in a month also no hike after one year . Regularly office colleagues changes the job. Boss is also not supporting and he don’t know any thing about architecture. Also office hours is 9 and half hour .

nothing Warning - Avoid Enarch company at all the costs, No HR Policy, Company is dishonest, Sunday work, No relax, no benefits, all time workload, enarch treat employees like servant, salary delayed all the time, harasses employees for timing, 9 Hours work, No leaves Owner and one person there name Sumer both are lack basis etiquette

i have lot of tasks here to do and i am getting new ideas, lessons to learn day by day, I have most of the responsibility in office for indoorand outdoor work, manage the new hiring like provide the offer letter to new hires al the new hire related tasks managing the staff requirements whole the day, visit to client to submit the confidential documents etc

here is only one thing i don't like little a bit that is Six (6) days working

Absolutely intoxicating place, toxic. The MD Rahul Gupta is bad mouth person, not even an architect. They fool their clients and bride to get projects. No skills.

Makes people work till 9pm, even on Sunday, gets 3 month work done in 1 month and then fire the employees after. Very bad place.
