Good work environment, management is very supportive and transparent. Company policies are little poor, appraisals are not fair, they didn't give every year if the market is down.

Dislikes

There are very less company manpower. Salary and career growth is slow.

There is a lot of learning. People do listen to you if you have new ideas and want to initiate improvements. Good work-life balance.

Dislikes

No soft skill training. No recognition whatsoever. So bottom line is no appreciation for motivated, driven people. It will eventually kill your spirit.
