Only for freshers company is okay to start their career but I will suggest don't stay long in this company.

Favouritism politics, poor salary increment, there's no employee skills development program, no other benefits and amenities.

There is nothing to like as a staff of Enagic so better Don't be.

Dislikes

HR Management and customer service manager are very bad, lot of politics, no job security, no growth. I worked 2.5 years there is no salary increment. So better don't join this type of pathetic company. One of the worst experience I ever had.

There is nothing great working in Enagic. You don't improve your skills instead the skills you learnt previously will be forgotten.

Dislikes

Everything and especially the management. There is no facilities at all.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into into the night. Also, there is no no-job training for fresher, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.
