Everything to dislike. Company culture, work flexibility, compensation, growth opportunity, everything is poor. I was literally harassed for breaching employment terms without any proof.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Salary hike is ok. They have shifted to a new and better office with huge place for chilling.

Dislikes

There is definitely lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issues. Salary is decent but learning opportunities are rare. They use legacy code in all their projects and the team leads act as though they know all..

I got in hands of good manager luckily I think he is the only one I personally feel is very knowledgeable but company left him also recently .all the good people left in team no positives in my 2 year experience.

...d to do work from home with personal laptop during covid time no support at all.plus salary cutting and no hike .

Salary is on time,and Hr are very good in this company.

Employee of in this company is not good specially Andhra people and they are managing this company ,who did't work in good companies.They always critisize you who believe andhra people,if any critical work is there ,he always assign to non andhra people.And he don't know any thing about new technology always open the google and searching the codes.And they always present in your party and they will not give you any party or present but if andhra people b'day ,they always give present with contribution.So this is office of politician like BJP,Congress.

...ich I have faced with bad team,but there are some good teams with good managers.less salary and work stress .team never helped me.worked late nights but still no support and encouragement
