EMTA Coal Limited is the largest private sectors coal mining company in India having joint ventures with different State / Central Government owned power utilities. It is a place for wonderful opportunities for professional growth and development. I also greatly enjoy working with such a supportive and dynamic team. I have learnt so much and guidance of my CEO and mentorship is invaluable. I have gathered practical knowledge in working with different departments in this company.

Dislikes

Salary disbursement is not in time. For the last three years, company has not made any appraisal for all of the employees.

Likes

Working in Emta was a great learning experience. It was a nice atmosphere. Seniors and colleagues were very helpful. There was fine balance between family and work.

Dislikes

The opportunity for growth and development was limited.
